It is vital to the success of the concert that you make an effort to promote it through all the means at your disposal, such as: church announcements, posters, social media posts, etc.

We will work to promote the concert through all available avenues.

Setup and Soundcheck *

I will need 2 hours for setup and soundcheck. The venue should be empty except for staff during this time. I plan to use your sound system, so I'll need the assistance of your sound staff for soundcheck and the concert.

Free-Will Offering *

Is the venue willing to collect a free-will offering for my ministry after the concert?

Yes, staff will be ready to do that.

Music and Merch Table *

I plan to offer music and merchandise for sale after the concert (unless this falls in the hours between sunset Friday and sunset Saturday), and I will need the venue to provide a table (or two) for this.

Concert Fee *

Please have a check for concert fee made payable to John Millea ready for me following the concert.

Yes, we will get the check to you immediately after the concert.

We will need to make arrangements to get the check to you another time (please explain in the notes below).

Travel Expenses *

I will need my travel expenses reimbursed within 4 weeks of making any travel arrangements (i.e. booking a flight, hotel, or rental car). I will let you know when those arrangements have been made. If your booking is less than 4 weeks in advance, the travel reimbursement can be delivered with the concert fee.

We will be ready to reimburse your travel expenses when requested.
